PRODUCTION OF ALUMINIUM ALLOYS

FORTE Aluminium includes a smelter equipped with modern innovative smelting equipment. Production capacity of the plant makes 20 thousand tonnes of aluminium alloys per year. The main equipment: two furnaces with a capacity of 10 tonnes. The company manufactures the entire range of casting and wrought aluminium alloys that comply with international standards, and is able to master production of special alloys, taking into account individual specifications of our customers, within the shortest time period. Quality of the products has always been the main critical indicator ensuring competitiveness of the company.

The plant is equipped with a certified laboratory; highly-skilled professionals and up-to-date analytical equipment allow conducting metallographic examinations to analyse the structure of alloys, control the amount of hydrogen, determine the strength characteristics and casting properties of the alloys.

In the course of the manufacturing process molten metal undergoes multi-stage processing, degassing by an inert gas, refining with fluxes, filtering through 30-50 PPI ceramic foam filters. This makes it possible to ensure the guaranteed quality of complex high-silicon alloys.
